-Responsible for daily operations at the Distribution Center

- I handle all distribution center dealings with Union Pacific, verifying the loaded QTS pipeline report, calling in switches, releasing cars, spotting cars, and any day to day activity involving Union Pacific.

-I am responsible for weighing in and out trucks in IFS.  I used IFS on a daily basis, and work closely with our Unimin Customer Service Representative to ensure that all Inventory is accurate, all customer orders are accurate, and all BOL’s are completed in IFS.

-I am responsible for keeping a manual inventory of all silos.

-I am responsible for keeping an inventory of all Incast 55 and Minex 4, and order in new cars whenever is necessary.

-I am responsible for unloading railcars into silos, as well as loading trucks from silos and Wilson Loaders. 

- I work very closely with Unimin Customer Service in all aspects of our operation.  From customer PO’s to on hand inventory I am in constant contact with Customer Service.

-I handle any and all road maintenance on the yard.  I can operate a plethora of heavy equipment, and take care of all road work at the Marshall Facility.

-I verify and ensure that all daily paperwork is completed, filed, or faxed.

-I handle all daily and weekly reports, as well as any reports needing generated in IFS. 

-I am responsible for moving inventory from railcars to silos.

-I deal with internal and external customers on a daily basis, and take care of any questions, concerns, or problems that they may have.

-I am the Safety Committee Chair, and I handle with all aspects of Safety at the Marshall Facility.  Safety is my number on priority, I not only put the highest priority on safety I lead by example and make safety part of every decision.
